AUS-MEAT expands their training services to the Meat, Livestock and Agribusiness sectors

Australia continues to lead the way in the development of global meat standards at the UNECE.

We are pleased to announce that AUS-MEAT Training has been approved as a funded provider of vocational training in NSW under the Smart and Skilled Program.

AUS-MEAT were proud hosts of the AMIC – Queensland Apprentice of the year competition in July 2023. It was a truly memorable day showcasing the emerging apprenticeship butchers passion and enthusiasm in creating products using their fine butchering skills. As the pictures show, they all did a great job and the race for apprentice of the year is wide open
